Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, call us during our operations hours and one of our representative will be happy to take your order over the phone. We can only accept credit card orders over the phone. 1.800.552.4382
Will I need to be home to sign for my package?
It is at the discretion of the delivery driver if they are willing to leave the package at your residence without someone home, this is not a World Flag Pins decision.
Will I be charged tax?
All orders shipped outside of Georgia are not charged sales tax. If you are shipping within Georgia and are tax exempt, please email us at customerservice@flagsgeorgia.com and attach your tax-exempt paperwork.
Does World Flag Pins accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we accept P.O’s only from schools and government agencies. Orders can be emailed to customerservice@flagsgeorgia.com.
I am local, may I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our office. Pick up is a selection in the shipping methods in your cart and is available to all customers.
I am local, may I come by and shop at your store?
Yes, we have a small store front at our distribution warehouse located at 2807 Hwy 9N, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
How long will it take for my in-stock order to ship?
Orders placed by 3:00pm EST on a standard operating business day will ship from our warehouse the same business day.
Can I get a copy of my order emailed to me?
Yes, during the checkout process you will be prompted to enter your email address. Once you submit your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation via email.
Can you email me my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email letting you know your order has shipped along with your tracking number.
Is there a minimum order for in-stock items found on your website?
No, there is no minimum order for our in-stock items.
How much do your in-stock items cost?
All of our items are priced differently. If you click on the individual item you are interested in, it will have the pricing and product description along with multiple images of that item. As your per item quantity increases, your per item cost decreases.
What is your return policy for in-stock items?
We give credit for all items that are returned unused because of a product defect. Defective products must be reported to us by phone at 1.800.552.4382 or by email to customerservice@flagsgeorgia.com within 72 hours of receipt of the defective product. We will give credit for the return shipping cost only if we have given prior authorization for the return by phone or email.
If we have not given prior authorization for the shipping method, we do not give credit for the return shipping.
If products are returned for any reason (other than product defect), we will give credit for the amount of the product only (not initial or return shipping charges) if we are notified by email or phone prior to returning the product. When we are notified of a pending return, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and we reserve the right to not accept returns that have not been issued a RA Number.
Items must be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days of the original order date. A restocking charge of $10.00 or 10% whichever is greater will be charged for all orders that are returned (other than product defect).
If we need to replace a defective item or an incorrectly shipped item, we will send the replacement items at no cost, but we will only ship the replacements using the same shipping method as the original shipment. Any expedited shipping methods requested by the customer for replacement items will be charged to the customer at our actual cost. It will be the customer's responsibility to order their products within sufficient time frames in order to allow for any defect or incorrect product to be received before the product is needed.
How do I cancel my in-stock merchandise order?
As long as your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel your order. Please give us a call and a representative will assist you. 1.800.552.4382
Do you offer bulk pricing for orders larger then what your website shows?
Depending on the size of the order and the item, we may be able to offer bulk pricing beyond what is listed on the website. Please contact us with the item , quantity and date needed by and we can determine if a bulk pricing discount is available for you 1.800.552.4382
Can you provide me with a price quote on in-stock items?
Yes, we can provide you with a written quote for in-stock items. Please contact World Flag Pins with the item(s) and quantity(s) along with your contact information and we can send you a price quote. 1.800.552.4382. You may also email a request to customerservice@flagsgeorgia.com
What is the minimum order for custom products?
We require an order of 100 pins for each custom design.
How quickly can I receive my custom products?
In most cases, custom products take about 2-3 weeks
How much will it cost to ship my custom product?
All custom order over have a free shipping option. We also offer upgraded shipping methods and can ship to most international locations for an additional fee.
Order by 3pm Eastern Time M-F and most orders
ship the same day.
Free standard shipping within the US for all orders $25 or more.
